Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Fade To Black pieces come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:
- Structural integrity issues
- Premature tarnishing or discoloration
- Loose stones due to setting defects
- Clasp or closure malfunctions
- Breakage under normal wearing conditions
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, impacts, or drops
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, perfumes, and cleaning agents
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized jewelers
- Improper care or neglect
Repair Services
We understand that even with proper care, jewelry may occasionally need repairs or refreshing. Our in-house repair services include:

How to Request Service
- Contact Us Email admin@fadetoblackjewelry.com with a description of the issue and photos if possible.
- Evaluation Our jewelry specialists will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning your piece if necessary.
- Return Process If approved for warranty service, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Package your item securely with your order number and contact information.
- Inspection & Service Upon receipt, we'll examine your jewelry and perform the necessary repairs or replacement.
- Return Shipping Once completed, we'll return your jewelry via insured shipping at no cost for warranty repairs.
Repair Pricing
Warranty repairs are performed free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we'll provide a detailed estimate before proceeding with any work.
Typical repair costs range from $25 for simple cleaning to $150+ for complex stone replacement or extensive restoration.
Care Tips
Extend the life of your jewelry with proper care:
- Store pieces separately in soft pouches or compartments
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or cleaning
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing
