How to Measure
Using an Existing Ring
Place a ring that fits well on a flat surface. Measure the inner diameter in millimeters and match to the chart above.
String Method
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger
- Mark where the ends meet
- Measure the length in millimeters
- Match to the circumference column above
Print at 100% scale and place your existing ring over the circles to find your size.

Sizing Tips
- Measure at the Right Time Fingers fluctuate throughout the day. Measure in the evening when your fingers are at their largest.
- Consider Band Width Wider bands fit more snugly. For bands wider than 4mm, consider going up a half size.
- Temperature Matters Avoid measuring when cold — your fingers will be at their smallest.
- The Knuckle Test Your ring should slide over your knuckle with slight resistance. If in doubt, opt for the larger size.
